I was a bit puzzled by being assigned a handicap room when there were other available rooms, but overall, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and right across from the bridge, lighthouse, and fort. The staff was very helpful and provided great tips for exploring the area, including good discounts for ferry rides to the island.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with 3 TVs, making it a perfect stay for my family. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great discounts for ferry boats and providing valuable tips on local attractions. The location was ideal, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The only drawback was a minor issue with the front desk professionalism.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The lobby and breakfast room were also very clean. However, there were no amenities provided in the room, not even a bar of soap. The location was great, right on Lake Huron, close to everything but still peaceful. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being unhelpful but others assisting with useful information and tickets for the ferry service to Mackinaw Island. The dining experience was advertised but turned out to be a disappointment, especially compared to other options in the area. The facilities were basic, and the price seemed fair for what was offered.
